About
After growing up in Compton, CA – Dr. Aaron Bryant came out of the gang infested streets and eventually served with the US Army, Airborne Rangers (Special Operations Unit). Post military, he was unaware of who he was and how he was acting around friends and family. Till one day, he realized that most people from his past distanced themselves, family tolerated him and people whom have come to know him – only communicated with limited interaction.
Many years later, Dr. Bryant started his path towards recovery and the Veteran Administration (VA) provided limited resources and status quo efforts. Soon after, he is assigned to multiple therapists, 6-8 prescriptions and no emotional progress; it was time to do something else. It was time to take control of himself. It was time…to understand who he was and focus on real progressive alternatives.
Although, Dr. Bryant continues to check in with VA and manage his medications. He has since trained and become an advocate of mental health and a master life coach. With emphasis on veterans experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, alcoholism, family / financial struggles, anger…etc.; this is nothing unfamiliar to Dr. Bryant.
